Your guide to what the second period of Trump means to Washington, business and the world
Buckingham, Pacingham Palace, announced, in a program that is likely to protect the American president from public and political protest, in a program that is likely to protect the American president from public and political protest, in a program that is likely to protect the US president from public and political protest, that Donald Trump’s second visit to Britain will take place from 17 to 19 September September 19.
Trump will be hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle, directly outside London, away from the hostile crowds that would collect more easily if it remains in the center of the capital at Buckingham Palace, which is being renewed.
The US President will not address Parliament during his visit, while avoiding the possibility of political protests in Westminster. Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan are among those who addressed deputies and peers.
The House of Commons will not sit during his visit because it will be on vacation for the political party’s political conference season, which means that such a title was not possible. Some work deputies and peers said that Trump should not be invited to deliver a speech in Westminster.
Trump will become the first American president to make two government visits. On his previous visit in 2019, the general spokesman John Perco explained that he would not be welcome to treat parliament. BERCOW said the title “not really automatically, it is an honor to gain.”

Lord Kim Darush, British ambassador to Washington at the time of Trump’s recent visit, said that the American president’s team did not express any interest in addressing Parliament during long discussions on the arrangements for the first visit of the state.
The former ambassador said that the Trump team was warned of the possibility of demonstrations and was told about the intention of the Buckingham Palace and the Downing Street in managing a narrow program with a limited interaction with the British public.
“They were very happy with that,” Darukh told the Financial Times. They did not say that he wanted to meet the British lover.
“The last time that the White House was cautious about the visit. They were always sensitive to embarrassing the crowds, hostile crowds, or low participation. We were worried about the demonstrators through a giant Balloon in the shape of Trump.”
People who briefed them on the trip said that Trump would attend a government banquet at Windsor Castle and hold talks with Prime Minister Sir Kiir Starmer during the visit. Buckingham Palace said the first lady Melania Trump will also attend.
Starmer Trump made a letter from the king broadcasting a government visit in February, during the Prime Minister’s meeting with the US President at the White House. Trump’s love for the British royal family is seen as major diplomatic origins in London.
When the husband sat next to each other in the Oval Office, Starmer handed over the personal invitation, saying, “This is a historical and unprecedented history.” Trump said he was a “great and great honor”, adding “Windsor – this is really something.”
It is expected that the US President will also travel in the next few weeks to Scotland, where he has many golf courses, in a “semi -private visit”, but a previous plan for him to meet King Charles on that trip was not achieved.
In his message to Trump, the king suggested that he and the president may meet at the Blumral or Dumavre house in Scotland first before visiting the Great State.
However, royal officials said that there are logistical challenges surrounding an unofficial visit, with the complexities of each of the King and Trump diaries.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
