The pair pleaded guilty to live broadcasting a federal agent

Two women accused of following a federal immigration agent to his home and broadcasting him live online have been arrested. Guilty of stalking by a federal jury in California.

Cynthia Raigoza, of Riverside, and Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Colorado, were both found guilty last week of stalking a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer.

The pair chased the unidentified officer through a federal building downtown Los Angeles on August 28, 2025 at his home. They live-streamed their pursuit on Instagram and gave viewers directions to the house, federal prosecutors said.

He encouraged his followers to share the live stream.

When they got home, the couple told bystanders they “have ICE in the neighborhood,” “lives in La Migra,” and “ICE lives on your street and you should know it.”

He also shouted casteist slurs ICE officialsHis wife, officials said. The ICE officer’s children witnessed the torture, prosecutors said.

The victim and his family moved to a different county the following week due to increased traffic from onlookers, the Justice Department said.

Due to this action, the education of the officers’ children was interrupted. His three-year-old son, who has a disability, lost many social and health care benefits tied to Los Angeles County, the DOJ said.

Raigoza and Brown were found guilty of one felony, for which they face up to five years in prison.

Jury However, the pair was found not guilty of one count of conspiracy to publicly disclose the personal information of a federal agent. A jury acquitted Samane Sandra Carmona, 25, of Panorama City, of both her charges: conspiracy and stalking.

Raigoza and Brown will be sentenced on June 8.
