Luka Doncic injured 76ers vs. Lakers
LOS ANGELES — Luka Doncic returned to the locker room late in the second quarter of the Lakers’ home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
It wasn’t clear what the Lakers star’s ailment was, but Doncic was holding the back of his left leg/hamstring area before stepping back during a timeout with 3:03 remaining in the second and the Lakers trailing 51-42.
Doncic scored 10 points on 3-of-10 shooting with four rebounds and two assists, but committed five turnovers in 16 minutes of action before leaving the game.
The Lakers entered the first half trailing 59-51.
The team did not have an official update on his condition at the midgame break.
