Elijah Blue Allman was arrested twice in one weekend in New Hampshire

CherHis son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested in New Hampshire on Sunday – his second arrest in a weekend.
Officers responded to a report of a forced entry residential break-in, the Windham Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Upon arrival, officers “found an individual in the residence who was not permitted to be there and had forced entry into the residence.” Allman was then taken into custody without incident.

Allman, 49, is charged with two counts of burglary, criminal mischief and breach of bail.
He was arraigned in Salem District Court on March 2 and ordered held in preventive custody.
Police were dispatched to the home around 9:45 a.m. on reports of an unknown person entering through the back door. A patch report.

Allman was found smoking a cigarette on the living room couch. Authorities identified Allman as a burglary suspect.
On Friday, February 27, Allman was arrested at a New Hampshire private high school and charged with four misdemeanors: simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal threatening.

According to the Associated Press, Allman was also charged with a disorderly conduct violation, which is illegal but not a crime in the state.
This is reported by the outlet Unified Police Officer Responded to a call at St. Paul’s School around 7 p.m. after receiving a report that Allman was causing a disturbance in the school’s dining hall.

After Allman was charged, police said he was released on bail as his case moves through the court system.
